Job summary

Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Workplace Experience Specialist for our Sydney office. You will manage front office tasks, coordinate events, and ensure a welcoming, compliant space that supports our local team and broader company objectives.

You will collaborate with People, IT, and security teams while contributing to a positive, uniquely local workplace experience and aligning with #TeamClio values. In-office role in Greater Sydney area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office administration or facility coordination.
• 1+ years coordinating in-office and/or virtual events.
• First aid training.
• Demonstrated interest in elevating your craft using AI.

Responsibilities

• Front office management and reception, including sign-in and mail management.
• Orientation of employees and guests to the space through site tours and wayfinding.
• Maintenance of office space, ensuring cleanliness and stocking of supplies.
• Identify facility deficiencies and coordinate repairs.
• Plan and host internal and external events, including meetings and socials.
• Collaborate with People, IT, and other teams to align policies with business goals.
• Oversight of security and access controls for the Sydney site.
• Assist with workplace technology systems and space operations software.
