Company Description

A bit about us

At Judo, we’re redefining business banking for the modern era. Built on teamwork, trusted relationships and a challenger spirit, we exist to better serve Australian SMEs. What began in 2016 as a bold idea has grown into one of the fastest‑growing new banks globally, with more than 30 locations nationwide.

We put our people and customers at the heart of everything we do. Our agility means we can say ‘yes’ when others say ‘no’, delivering personalised banking that helps businesses access the funding they need, when they need it. Relationships matter here – with our customers and with each other.

Our culture – a multi‑award‑winning place to work

We firmly believe that culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and that the most important investment we can make is in our people. Our values of Trust, Teamwork, Accountability and Performance guide how we work every day.

Judo was built from the ground up with a clear purpose: to be the most trusted SME business bank in Australia. Our customers and relationships are at the heart of how we work, not bureaucracy. We think differently, invite new ideas, and create an environment where people feel they belong and are empowered.

We’re proud to be externally recognised too – including being named on the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list for four consecutive years. We are certified as a Great Place To Work® Australia organisation, being recognised as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces™ 2025, celebrating our dedication to fostering an inclusive, empowering environment.

Our vision is to build a world‑class SME business bank and it’s our people that can make it happen.

Job Description

Now, about this opportunity…

As a Workplace Enablement Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace technology experiences that enable our people to perform at their best. Working closely with our Service Desk, Technology teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you'll help drive technology adoption, improve employee experience and deliver practical solutions that support Judo's continued growth.

While this role currently spans both strategic and operational responsibilities, it is expected to become increasingly hands‑on as capabilities and priorities evolve.

If that excites you, this just might be your dream job:

  • Working closely with our Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk teams to deliver a consistent and positive technology experience.
  • Delivering initiatives that improve employee experience, productivity and business outcomes.
  • Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into user‑focused solutions.
  • Supporting project governance activities including planning, reporting, risk management, stakeholder engagement and status communications.
  • Driving improvements to system reliability, performance and scalability through technology initiatives and automation opportunities.
  • Analysing recurring service issues and coordinating remediation activities to deliver lasting improvements.
  • Maintaining visibility across multiple deliverables, operational activities and competing priorities, proactively managing dependencies and risks.
  • Collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives across Workplace Technology services, processes and user experiences.
  • Creating and maintaining clear, accurate and accessible documentation that empowers users and enhances self‑service.
  • Maintaining strong access management and security practices while partnering with Cyber Security teams to protect the technology environment.
Qualifications

You’ll likely bring:

Technical capability:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
  • Experience developing end‑user documentation, knowledge articles and self‑service resources.
  • Experience with endpoint management and device lifecycle processes, including Intune and Autopilot.
  • Understanding of workplace technology environments including collaboration, productivity and end‑user computing platforms.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, enterprise AV solutions and hybrid workplace technologies.
  • Experience working with external vendors, service providers and technology partners.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes including incident, problem and change management.
  • Foundational networking knowledge including WAN and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.

What will help you succeed:

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain language.
  • A genuine passion for technology enablement, adoption and delivering great user experiences.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach to working across diverse teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
  • Previous experience in IT Support, Technical Implementation or Workplace Technology roles.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.

If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply – your experience, mindset and potential matter to us.
