Judo Bank is seeking an entry-level Finance Operations team member in Melbourne to support accurate processing of financial transactions, assist with reconciliations, and gain exposure to funding, lending and core banking systems while learning from experts.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Operations to keep critical banking processes running smoothly, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process loan settlements, LOC drawdowns, trust collections and system data imports with accuracy and care.
• Assist with reconciliations and data validations, ensuring anomalies are identified and resolved.
• Support funding and lending operations, including term deposit maturities and manual payments.
• Maintain a strong risk and compliance focus, ensuring accurate audit trails are maintained.
• Contribute to process improvements that make daily workflows simpler and more efficient.
• Support the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across the business.
