Job summary

Payworx is seeking a Site Manager or a candidate ready to step into this role in Sydney. You will lead site operations on high-end residential projects and mid-rise builds along the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, coordinating trades and ensuring safety and timely delivery.

Ideal applicants will have prior Site Manager/Foreman/Leading Hand experience, strong scheduling and negotiation skills, and own tools with a van/UTE to support site requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading Hand.
• Coordination and scheduling skills with the capacity to engage at all levels.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Own Tools & Van/Ute.

Site Manager, or a candidate who is ready to step into this responsibility who offers a strong background in their Trade inclusive of leadership and mentoring skills.

Projects consists of high end residential properties through to low rise apartment builds, our Client's continue to evolve on the Eastern Suburbs & Lower North Shore of Sydney.

Working closely with the Construction/ Project & Director/ Owner Team across all aspects of construction, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all trades and contractors
• Pick up & Ordering materials
• Reporting & Site safety at all times
• Meet project deadlines on time and to budget

Essentially your background & resume will demonstrate:

• Experience as a Site Manager, Foreman or Leading Hand
