Asuria, a leading Employment Services provider in Australia, seeks an experienced operations leader to direct our Workforce Australia Services team across multiple sites in Victoria. You will align regional strategy with the Regional Manager, manage resources, recruit and coach staff, and oversee participant progression.

The role requires strong communication, financial acumen and a proven track record in service delivery. A commitment to inclusion and safety is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in Employment Services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage resources and drive service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Workforce Australia Services team across multiple sites.
Work with Regional Manager to develop direction, strategy and business plans.
Allocate assets and resources to achieve targets.
Recruit, onboard, train and coach staff to meet objectives.
Develop and review individualised job plans to progress participants.
Monitor and review participant engagement and progress in Employment Services System and company records.
