RSL LifeCare is seeking a highly organised Workforce Scheduler to join the Home Care unit, managing rostering across our network to deliver personalised, high-quality care. This permanent full-time role runs 6am–2pm, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities spanning staff scheduling, system training, audits, and KPI monitoring.
You will collaborate with clients, families, and coordinators to ensure client choice and dignity, while ensuring compliance with EBAs and enterprise agreements.
