Job summary

Nova Systems in Melbourne is seeking a Workforce Reporting Analyst to gather, analyse and interpret workforce data, delivering reports, dashboards and insights to support planning and decision-making across the business.

You will work across workforce planning, reporting, analytics and continuous improvement, partnering with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reliability and actionability for organisational reporting requirements.

About the Role

We have a new opportunity for a Workforce Reporting Analyst.In this role, you will gather, analyse and interpret workforce data to provide meaningful insights, reporting and trend analysis that support organisational planning and reporting requirements. Working across a range of workforce initiatives, you will develop reports, dashboards and metrics that enable informed, evidence-based decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

This is an opportunity to work across workforce planning, reporting, analytics and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders from across the business. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, support organisational reporting requirements, and help ensure workforce data is accurate, reliable and actionable.

What you will be involved in

• Developing and enhancing workforce reporting frameworks, tools and strategies that support organisational objectives.
• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards that enable evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
• Analysing workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and providing recommendations to support workforce planning activities.
• Supporting workforce planning initiatives through the provision of data analysis, insights and reporting.
• Conducting workforce analysis to support reporting requirements, including gender equality reporting obligations.
• Maintaining workforce reporting standards and ensuring data quality, reliability and auditability.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, data custodians and system specialists to support workforce reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
