Workforce Officer - Recruitment Kirinari Community Services Lavington, NSW, AU
Every day at Kirinari, our employees support people to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their communities.
Behind every great support employee, team leader, specialist, or manager is someone who identified their potential and connected them with an opportunity to make a real difference. That someone could be you.
As a Kirinari Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our growing workforce. You'll partner with leaders across a large and diverse organisation to attract exceptional people who are driven by purpose and our values.
With over 2,700 employees delivering services across multiple States and Territories, you'll join a high-performing HR team where your expertise, ideas, and passion for finding great people will directly influence organisational success and community outcomes.
You'll act as a strategic talent partner, working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, help shape recruitment strategies, identify high-quality candidates, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
A successful day in the office feels like genuinely changing people's lives for the better. A Manager who says "thank you for finding me the best person" or a candidate who says "thank you for giving me purpose" or a customer who flourishes because of the best support person is with them. These are the moments that float our boat.
At the end of the day, your success won't be measured simply by vacancies filled. It will be reflected in the quality of the people who join our organisation, the confidence of the leaders you support, and the positive difference our teams continue to make in the lives of the people and communities we serve.
Every great hire helps strengthen our workforce, enhance service delivery, and create opportunities for people to live their best lives. And that's what makes this role so important.
You're someone who builds relationships and collaborates.
You see what's possible beyond a resume and position description.
You're proactive, resilient, commercially aware, and passionate about connecting great people with meaningful careers.
Most importantly, you believe in looking after people.
Applications close on the 3rd October 2026.
Due to the high number of applicants, interviews may commence earlier.
