Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a skilled Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to support a major enterprise initiative in Sydney. Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of WFM consulting experience.
• Experience implementing UKG/Kronos Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Planning.
• Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills.
• Experience integrating with payroll, HRIS, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather workforce planning and scheduling requirements.
• Configure and implement UKG/Kronos advanced scheduling and forecasting.
• Develop functional specs, process maps, and staffing models.

Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite and 2 days WFH) We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG/Kronos Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Planning Solutions, to support a major workforce management initiative within a large enterprise environment. You will work closely with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to define requirements and support the design, configuration, and delivery of advanced scheduling and workforce planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and gather business, workforce planning, and scheduling requirements.
• Configure and implement UKG/Kronos advanced scheduling, forecasting, and workforce planning solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process maps, user stories, staffing models, and scheduling rules.
• Support integrations, testing, UAT, implementation, stakeholder engagement, training, and solution adoption.

Key Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant, with strong expertise in implementing UKG/Kronos Advanced Scheduling and Workforce Planning solution
• Focus on requirements gathering, solution design and configuration
• Deliver advanced scheduling, labour forecasting and workforce optimisation
• Experience integrating workforce management platforms with payroll, HRIS or ERP systems
