Job summary

ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a Workforce Management Consultant to implement Rotageek and ELMO’s workforce management solutions for customers across Australia and NZ.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, configure, test and support delivery through go-live and hypercare, building expertise across scheduling, time and attendance, leave, mobile functionality, self-service, reporting and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce management, rostering, time and attendance, payroll, HR technology or SaaS.
• Experience supporting software implementation, configuration, testing or optimisation.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Understanding of HR, payroll and workforce management integrations and data flows.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare or post-go-live optimisation.
• Customer-focused, collaborative approach with ownership and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce management implementations from discovery through post-go-live optimisation.
• Gather requirements and contribute to solution design workshops.
• Configure solutions in line with agreed designs, customer needs and implementation standards.
• Maintain requirements, configuration records, test evidence, issues, actions and customer documentation.
• Support testing across workforce management, Payroll and ELMO HR Core, including defect follow-up.
• Investigate cross-system issues, perform initial root-cause analysis and raise well-documented tickets.
• Manage customer actions, dependencies, risks and milestone readiness with internal teams.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout workshops, testing, rollout and stabilisation.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, training materials, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will implement Rotageek and ELMO’s wider workforce management solutions for customers.
