Job summary

GenusPlus Group is seeking a Workforce Development Advisor to support workforce participation, training and employment initiatives across the project in Victoria. You will collaborate with schools, TAFEs, RTOs and community organisations to create meaningful pathways into the construction industry and foster sustainable employment outcomes on the project.

The role involves coordinating local employment and training initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and tracking program performance

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development, training or employment programs.
• Ability to coordinate training and participation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities.
• Competence in data management, reporting and administration.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local employment, training and development initiatives across the project.
• Assist in the delivery of workforce participation commitments and project targets.
• Coordinate and support School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs).
• Manage relationships with schools, TAFEs, RTOs and training providers to facilitate workforce pathways.
• Liaise with subcontractors and project teams to identify employment and training opportunities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, apprentices, cadets and workforce program participants.
• Track program performance against project targets and contractual obligations.
