Job summary

Empire Group in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced workforce capability professional to lead the design and delivery of strategic organisational development initiatives within a large and complex environment.

You will translate workforce priorities into practical, fit-for-purpose programs that improve capability, engagement, culture and organisational performance, working closely with senior leaders.

Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will translate workforce priorities into practical, fit-for-purpose programs that improve capability, engagement, culture and organisational performance.

What you’ll bring

You will also demonstrate:

Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but are not mandatory.
