About the opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Regional Manager to lead the delivery of the Workforce Australia program across multiple sites in North-East Melbourne. This role is key to driving outstanding performance, ensuring that contract targets are met whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants. You will provide effective leadership that aligns with EPlus values, mission, and operational goals, and play a vital role in shaping the future of our services.

As a Regional Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire multiple high-performance teams to deliver exceptional service in a challenging government contract
• Offer consistent and constructive feedback to your teams to foster continuous performance improvement
• Focus on producing meaningful, sustainable employment outcomes for our participants
• Foster strong community partnerships to improve service delivery and the overall success of the program
• Assume responsibility for the achievement of performance targets
• Understand and use data to drive business performance
