A practical training session that changes how someone moves. An equipment recommendation that prevents an injury. A workplace assessment that helps someone work safely and confidently. As a WorkFit Services Consultant, you’ll turn your clinical expertise into practical solutions that make a difference every day.
If you’re a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist who enjoys variety, problem solving and working directly with people, this role offers plenty to get involved in. Join CALHN’s WorkFit Services team and help organisations create safer, healthier workplaces through tailored advice, assessment and education.
Bring your curiosity, clinical judgement and practical ideas to a role that combines hands‑on consultancy, engaging training and workplace design. You’ll work with clients across different industries, supported by a collaborative team and evidence-based approaches.
From delivering an onsite training session to advising on a new workspace, you’ll have opportunities to use your expertise, think creatively and see the impact of your recommendations.
You enjoy translating clinical knowledge into advice people can understand and use. You’re comfortable working independently, value teamwork and know that the best solutions start with listening.
Alongside the satisfaction of helping people stay safe and well at work, you’ll enjoy:
