The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring that all workers’ compensation claim decisions are fair, evidence‑based, and appropriate to the specific circumstances of each case, while aligning with relevant state legislative and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will provide specialist advice and guidance to Case Managers on the interpretation and application of workers’ compensation legislation, regulations, and internal policies. Your expertise ensures that claims are managed consistently, efficiently, and in full compliance with statutory obligations. The Technical Manager plays a critical role in determining ongoing entitlement decisions and contributes to improved return‑to‑work outcomes for injured team members, supporting both regulatory compliance and the effective management of claim‑related costs.
