We are seeking an experienced Case Manager – Long Term Management to join our Workers’ Compensation team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex and long-term claims, working closely with injured workers, employers, treating health professionals and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of long-term and complex Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Develop tailored recovery, treatment and return-to-work strategies
  • Support injured workers experiencing complex medical, vocational or psychosocial barriers
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Review medical information and identify opportunities to improve recovery and work capacity
  • Ensure claims are managed in line with relevant legislation, scheme requirements and organisational policies
  • Maintain accurate claim records while meeting key service and regulatory requirements

About You

  • Previous experience managing long-term and/or complex Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Strong knowledge of the relevant Workers’ Compensation scheme and claims processes
  • Experience supporting injured workers with complex recovery and return-to-work needs
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • The ability to manage sensitive or challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
