Job summary

Aware Super is seeking an experienced Workday Process Analyst / Business Analyst to drive a large-scale Workday transformation. The role focuses on analysing current processes, defining future-state ways of working, and translating complex requirements into practical solutions across Workday HCM, Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking and Expenses.

You will lead workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure requirements are traced and validated throughout the project lifecycle, delivering

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analysis experience with relevant qualifications or equivalent.
Experience on a large-scale SaaS HCM implementation or transformation.
Experience in a complex organisation, ideally financial services or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process and requirements analysis across the Workday program.
Engage stakeholders to map current-state and define practical future-state processes.
Facilitate workshops with business users and project teams.
Document, validate and manage business requirements through the lifecycle.
Perform gap and impact analysis for proposed process changes.
