Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Work & Skills team, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office, with a focus on organisation design, workforce planning, HR strategy and transformation.

You will contribute to client projects, deliver practical recommendations, and help shape the future of work through analysis, problem solving and collaborative teamwork within a supportive consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisation design, workforce planning, HR strategy and transformation.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Project coordination or project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations.
• Willingness to learn and share expertise with others.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
