Marsh in Australia seeks a Senior Analyst / Associate to join the Workforce Transformation team. The role is hybrid and based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, delivering organisation design, workforce strategy and HR transformation for public and private sector clients.

You will lead workstreams, develop client relationships and help grow the practice through new opportunities, using AI tools to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Senior Analyst / Associate – Workforce Transformation

We are seeking a talented consultant to join our Workforce Transformation team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Marsh’s Workforce Transformation consulting services support clients across the public and private sectors to shape the future of work through organisation design, workforce strategy and planning, HR strategy and transformation, leadership strategy and change adoption.

In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of client engagements, owning project workstreams and contributing as part of a collaborative consulting team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will also help develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of Workforce Transformation through new opportunities.

We will count on you to:
