Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Analyst/Associate in Workforce Transformation to join our Australian team. The role is hybrid with base locations in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, focusing on organisation design, workforce strategy and HR transformation for public and private sector clients.

You will lead workstreams, analyze data, develop deliverables and build client relationships while contributing to growth opportunities and applying AI tools to enhance delivery.

We are seeking a talented consultant to join our Workforce Transformation team at Marsh. This is a hybrid role and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Marsh’s Workforce Transformation consulting services support clients across the public and private sectors to shape the future of work through organisation design, workforce strategy and planning, HR strategy and transformation, leadership strategy and change adoption.

In this role, you will work across a diverse portfolio of client engagements, owning project workstreams and contributing as part of a collaborative consulting team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will also help develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of Workforce Transformation through new opportunities.

We will count on you to:

• Support client projects through sound project management and clear follow-through to help deliver agreed outcomes
• Contribute to analysis and problem-solving that helps connect our clients’ business strategy with workforce strategy
