The position is based at our Moorebank Head Office, five days a week. You will work with the business to promote proactive safety, support safety initiatives and drive cultural change, ensuring that WHSE KPI’s and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years WHSE experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to drive WHSE cultural change.
• Experience with an integrated safety management system.
• Experience implementing new safety methodologies.
• Auditing experience (desktop and site).
• Expertise in workplace incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the business to create a safe and productive working environment.
• Drive a proactive, risk-based safety culture.
• Ensure KPI, policies and procedures comply with legislation and are integrated into TMHA safety culture.
