Job summary

Invicta Mill in the Burdekin Region is seeking a Work Execution Officer to support frontline operations, with a focus on delivering high quality, efficient work outcomes.

You will collaborate with Work Coordinators and use systems including SAP and the MS Office suite to manage parts, information and work orders.

This permanent, full-time role offers a stable career in Wilmar Sugar's sugar factory operations, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safe operations and safe maintenance initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate a parts and materials management process through physical tasks and use of relevant systems.
• Provide support for ordering and collection of parts in a breakdown situation when in normal work hours.
• Provide administrative support and data entry for the running of daily operations/maintenance meetings.
• Be able to gather and collate relevant information to provide feedback to Execution team members.
• Self-motivated and organised.
