Job summary

West Auckland Trust Services in Bundamba, QLD, is hiring for a reliable timber production team member. The role involves operating timber workshop equipment and contributing to a busy production line. We offer a supportive environment and opportunities for progression.

Candidates should have strong communication, be able to work in a team or independently, and be available Monday to Friday 6:30am–5:00pm. Forklift licence is preferred, pre-employment medical will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Forklift licence (preferred but not required).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Extensive knowledge of timber products.
• Available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 5:00pm (shift dependent).

Responsibilities

• Operate timber processing equipment including moulders, end matchers, coating machines and thicknessers.
• Support team in daily production tasks and maintain safety standards.

• Moulders
• End matchers
• Coating machines
• Thicknessers

To Be Successful

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously. The ideal candidate would also include:

• A valid forklift licence (preferred but not required).
• A strong work ethic and reliability.
• Extensive knowledge of timber products.
• Be available to work Monday to Friday between 6.30am to 5.00pm (pending available shift)
