Job summary

The Wood Oven in Nelson Bay, NSW, is seeking a motivated cook to join our Wood-Fired Pizza and Pasta sections in an open kitchen overlooking D\'Albora Marina. This casual role offers a consistent roster with roughly 25 hours per week and weekend/night work.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus, estimating costs and ordering supplies.
• Prepare and cook food, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Work in a team and contribute ideas for menus.
