Cotton On Group seeks a skilled Technical Designer to ensure superior fit, quality and consistency for Womenswear under a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert technical advice, create patterns and maintain grade rules to guarantee sizing accuracy, collaborating closely with suppliers and product teams.

You will mentor Product Developers, drive continuous improvements, and uphold a culture focused on excellence and customer-centric results.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Design, Textiles, or Pattern Making.
• Expertise in garment fit, pattern making, and garment construction.
• Proficiency in Lectra; Adobe CAD knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, fibers, and accurate garment measuring.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and maintaining quality standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Personal effectiveness and a commitment to excellence in execution.
• Proven ability to mentor others, build relationships, and champion a positive culture.
• Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
