Job summary

Cotton On Group is hiring a Senior Product Developer for the Cotton On Kids footwear & accessories team on a 9-month maternity leave contract in Australia. You will lead and mentor the Product team, acting as the pivotal link between Buying and Product to ensure delivery of quality products customers love.

You will partner with buyers and suppliers to manage production, track schedules, contribute to fittings, and review samples to ensure standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in fashion/textiles is required.
• Experience in a Senior Product Developer role with team leadership.
• Strong capability with technical specs and fittings.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Product team within Cotton On Kids.
• Own day-to-day operating rhythm of the category and bridge Buying and Product.
• Negotiate with buyers and suppliers to manage expectations and production.
• Track production, manage schedules, contribute to fittings and review samples.
