Qualifications

• Must demonstrate wok experience in an a la carte environment.
• Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Resilient and able to perform in high‑pressure service periods.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
• Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively.
• Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products.
