Job summary

Witmore is seeking Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. You’ll provide practical, emotional and social support to people with disability, helping them live with choice and independence.

Roles are casual with weekend work and shifts before/after school. Applicants should have First Aid/CPR, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to obtain an NDIS screening check; Certificate III in relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or willing to obtain).
• Experience supporting people with disability (formal or informal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliability, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Basic computer literacy for notetaking and reporting.
