Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming customer service and host wine tastings.
• Promote wines and assist customers with product selection.
• Process sales, phone enquiries and orders.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented cellar door.
• Keep wine, food and other products stocked and merchandised.
• Assist with opening, closing and general cellar door operations.
• Complete stock movements and follow WH&S and responsible service requirements.
