You will help keep the cellar door stocked, maintain a clean, inviting space, and support opening and closing procedures. The role suits someone who enjoys people, delivers great service, and can work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable customer service experience preferred.
• Interest in wine and ability to share knowledge with customers.
• Experience handling sales transactions and processing payments.
• Ability to keep shelves stocked and presentation of products.
• Comfort hosting tastings and engaging with visitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming service and host wine tastings for guests.
• Assist customers with product selection.
• Process sales and handle phone enquiries and orders.
• Keep cellar door clean, organized and well-presented.
• Maintain stock and merchandise wine and food items.
• Support opening/closing and general cellar door operations.
• Follow WH&S and responsible service requirements.
