Job summary

And Bar Dining, a new intimate, wine-focused bar dining restaurant opening in Pyrmont, seeks a hands-on Floor/FOH Leader. You will take charge of service delivery, manage reservations and daily bookings, and guide the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You should be confident discussing wine, recommending bottles, and pairing with dishes, while maintaining high standards of quality and detail. Dinner-only operation and a 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory/management level in a hospitality setting.
• Comfortable leading a team on the floor.
• Strong focus on wine, quality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver smooth, consistent service and manage day-to-day FOH operation.
• Manage reservations, POS, daily bookings, stock and general FOH operations.
• Lead on the floor and take ownership of service delivery.
• Recommend wine bottles and pairings to guests.
• Sell wine to guests with confidence.
• Maintain focus on quality and attention to detail.
