Job summary

O’Brien® Glass, part of Belron, is hiring an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter for our Perth Commercial (Heavy Vehicles) team in Kewdale. You will learn hands‑on, earn while you learn, and gain a nationally recognised qualification in Automotive Glazing.

You’ll complete the Cert III in Automotive Glazing and learn to repair and replace glass to Australian standards, including windscreen recalibrations for ADAS, while delivering outstanding customer service in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Gaining a nationally recognised qualification through on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Complete the O’Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through the company program.
• Learn to repair and replace glass on all vehicle types to Australian standards.
• Perform windscreen calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Carry out glass repairs on heavy vehicles (Bus and Trucks).
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work professionally and safely as part of a team.

O’Brien® Glass is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Perth Commercial (Heavy Vehicles) team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter located in Kewdale.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and build a long‑term career in the Automotive Glass industry.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will:

• Complete the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program

• Learn to repair and replace glass on all types of motor vehicles to Australian standards

• Perform windscreen re‑calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

• Carry out glass repairs on heavy vehicles (Bus and Trucks)

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Work professionally, safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team

This is on‑the‑job learning with strong support from experienced Technicians and our In‑House Technical Trainers.
