Job summary

O’Brien Meadowbrook Service Centre, part of Belron, is seeking an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This hands‑on apprenticeship offers Cert III in Automotive Glazing, on‑the‑job training, and a clear path to long‑term advancement within a national brand.

You’ll learn to repair and replace glass to Australian standards, perform ADAS recalibrations, and provide outstanding customer service as you develop skills with supportive teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Manual driver’s license.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term career.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Undertake the O’Brien® Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our Auto Technician Skills Development Program
• Learn to repair and replace automotive glass to Australian standards
• Perform ADAS windscreen re‑calibrations
• Carry out glass chip repairs
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and timely manner
• Represent the O’Brien® brand with pride and reliability
