Job summary

Avanade Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a W365 Support Engineer to provide hands-on Windows 365 support across client environments. You will manage PC provisioning, Intune, Windows SOE, device configuration, application deployment, endpoint compliance, and connectivity issues, delivering reliable support outcomes with automation where possible.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to resolve issues, implement configuration changes, and contribute to release-cycle testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business systems, engineering or related field.
• Experience with Windows 365, Intune, and endpoint management is preferred.
• Certifications in Microsoft cloud services are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Windows 365 support across client environments, including PC provisioning and Intune management.
• Manage Windows SOE, device configuration, application deployment, and endpoint compliance.
• Assist with provisioning, configuration changes, Windows updates, and release-cycle testing.
• Develop and maintain automation, scripts, and remediation packages for endpoint improvements.
• Create support runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical design documentation.
