Qualifications

Preferred Education and Experience

• 5+ years’ experience supporting Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoint platforms, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles.
• Experience supporting Cloud PC provisioning, Windows SOE engineering, device configuration, application deployment, endpoint compliance, SIT, end-user coordination, UAT, go-live activities, ticket resolution, and managed services programs.
• Familiarity with Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIs, Azure Monitor, Log A...
