Job summary

Bradnam's Windows & Doors Townsville is seeking a Process Worker / Window & Door Fabricator to join our growing team. You’ll contribute to manufacturing and assembling a range of Bradnam's products, using hand and power tools across different stages of production.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but full training will be provided. The role involves manual handling in a hands-on environment with opportunities for career progression in North Queensland.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or trade experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
• Hands-on role with regular manual handling.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and machining product components.
• Manufacturing and assembling Bradnam's windows, doors and other products.
• Operating hand tools, power tools and relevant machinery.
• Unloading and handling raw materials.
• Assisting with customer deliveries when required.
• Communicating professionally with customers and other team members.
• Following safe work practices and using PPE.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Following established processes, procedures and quality standards.
