Job summary

Bradnam Group is seeking a Sawyer / Fabricator in Cairns to join our fabrication team. You will work in the saw area and assembly, manufacturing windows, doors, screens and related products. Training is provided, with emphasis on safety and efficient workmanship.

The role involves manual lifting and a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:06pm, with on-site parking and secure, permanent employment in a family-owned Australian business.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium fabrication is advantageous but not essential; training provided.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools is essential.
• Thrive when working as part of an inclusive team and follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and machining product components.
• Assisting with deliveries to customers as required.
• Communicating with customers professionally.
