Affinity Migration Group Pty Ltd – Tweed Heads, NSW seeks a Rope Access Technician to perform rope access inspections and repairs on wind turbine blades. This role requires IRATA/SPRAT certification, GWO BST, and a strong safety mindset.

You will work full time, 38 hours/week, at a site-based location in Tweed Heads and must meet WHS requirements. The role involves detailed blade inspections, repairs, and reporting, with emphasis on working at heights, teamwork, and adherence to project safety

Formación

• IRATA/SPRAT rope access certification required.
• GWO BST and Working at Heights certifications required.
• First Aid/CPR up to date.
• Rescue from Heights competency required.
• High Risk Work Licence desirable.
• Driver licence (Australia) required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform rope access activities per IRATA and site procedures.
• Inspect, maintain and repair wind turbine blades.
• Carry out blade repairs, surface prep, laminating, filling, sanding and coating per specs.
• Complete inspections, reports and documentation daily.
• Ensure safety, use of SWMS/JSAs and HSE procedures.
