Job summary

Nordex Group in Oceania seeks a PM Operations Manager to oversee transport, crane and turbine installation across Australia and New Zealand. Qualifications

• Engineering/PM degree required or related technical discipline.
• 8–10+ years in operations, construction, or project management in wind energy or heavy engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transport, crane and turbine installation across Oceania projects.
• Provide operational input during tendering, ensuring feasible methods and accurate cost estimates.
• Support procurement with supplier evaluation and contract alignment.
• Ensure safe, on-schedule execution of transport, lifting and installation operations.
• Act as the operational interface between PM, Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, HSE and contractors.
• Develop installation methodologies, lifting plans, transport concepts and mobilization strategies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Support cost control and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Site Management to align with standards.
