Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant service experience.
• Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Service Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or site management.
• Background in management of Mechanical or Electrical projects.
• Experience in overall wind farm operations and maintenance is preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including profit and loss management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wind farm operations, including planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting and inspections.
• Monitor turbine performance metrics and work to maximize uptime and energy production.
• Coordinate with the remote operations center and ensure timely response to alarms and turbine faults.
• Supervise, schedule, and support a team of wind technicians and support personnel.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure full compliance with company and regulatory HSE standards.
• Conduct safety meetings, audits, and incident investigations.
• Enforce safety protocols for all site personnel and contractors.
• Serve as the primary site contact for landowners, customers, vendors, and local authorities.
• Coordinate with engineering, asset management, and project teams for upgrades, retrofits, or special projects.
• Manage site budgets, procurement, and inventory of parts and tools.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver regular reports on site performance, maintenance, and safety.
