Job summary

DBH Lawyers is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join the Wills & Estates team in Adelaide. The role requires advising on estate planning, preparing Wills and related documents, and assisting with estate administration matters.

Part-time or full-time options, with some travel to suburban offices. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client service, communicate effectively, and manage a diverse caseload across Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives and related commercial

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-admission experience in Wills & Estates law.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PAE to join our Wills & Estates team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on estate planning, preparing Wills and related documents and assisting with estate administration matters.

Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service alongside high-quality legal work. You'll be a great communicator who can quickly build rapport, understand what matters most to your clients, and provide practical advice and support to help them achieve the best possible outcome.

The role is available part time or full time and some travel to our suburban office may be required.

About You

This position offers the opportunity work closely with the team and to gain experience across estate planning, Wills & Estates and general commercial matters. You will:

Prepare and advise on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives
