DBH Lawyers in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Family Law lawyer with 5+ years' PAE to join our growing team and deliver outcomes for clients.

The role is full-time with potential for part-time arrangements; you will handle mediations, court appearances in Federal Circuit and Family Court, manage a diverse caseload, mentor juniors and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ post-admission experience in family law.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
• A client-centred approach to legal practice.
• A keen attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Resilience and flexibility in meeting the demands of clients and courts
• Experience with or an interest in complex property settlements
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional networks

As our Family Law practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Lawyer with 5+ years' PAE to join our Adelaide office to play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and motivated solicitor who takes pride in building strong client relationships, providing strategic and practical advice and guiding clients through complex and challenging family law matters.

This position is offered on a full-time basis; however, part-time arrangements may be considered.

About You

This senior position offers the opportunity to work closely with the team to deliver efficient, high-quality legal advice in all aspects of family law where you will:

Advocate for and negotiate on behalf of clients in mediations and family dispute resolution conferences.

Represent clients in complex matters before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Prepare, review and settle high-quality correspondence and court documentation.

Independently manage a diverse family law caseload and maintain client files.
