Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional culinary experience.
• Experience in function and catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (temperature controls, labeling, storage).
• Ability to work autonomously while following direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chefs in running daily kitchen operations across outlets.
• Lead the kitchen or cover for Executive Chef and Sous Chefs when needed.
• Supervise prep and food service to maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure consistent food presentation and precise portion control for every dish.
• Help plan and execute menus, including daily café specials and catering orders.
