Job summary

UniSC Careers is seeking a highly organized Work Integrated Learning (WIL) coordinator to provide administrative support for student placements and courses. You will independently coordinate placement activities, advise on placement requirements, and maintain critical systems and records while building strong relationships with host organisations and academics.

• Completion of an advanced diploma with at least 4 years related experience.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with ability to plan and prioritise.
• Demonstrated customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with placement systems and reporting, understanding WIL in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and operational services supporting WIL courses and student placements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with students, staff and host organisations to facilitate WIL experiences.
• Apply policies to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement of WIL systems and processes.
