Brightwood Group is seeking an experienced WHSEQ Manager to lead and strengthen our Work Health & Safety, Environment and Quality function across the business. This role requires a practical, solutions-focused approach and strong leadership in high-risk environments.

You will own Brightwood Group’s WHSEQ management systems and standards, supporting current operations and ensuring the framework scales for future divisions and service lines. A hands-on leader with field presence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading WHSEQ across high-risk environments.
• Strong knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and high-risk work requirements.
• Experience managing integrated WHSEQ and ISO management systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continually improve group-wide WHSEQ management systems, policies and procedures.
• Manage ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements, including audits.
• Provide WHSEQ advice to executives, management and project teams.
• Maintain field presence through inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Oversee contractor requirements and incident investigations.
