We are seeking a WHSE Advisor to support the delivery of industry‑leading safety frameworks and risk reduction initiatives. This hands‑on role involves coaching and mentoring staff in the effective use of WHSE systems, while providing on‑ground support across all safety programs. A solid understanding of WHSE management systems is essential to ensure successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals.
The WHSE Advisor will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, assurance activities, and workforce engagement through effective consultation and communication. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about safety and committed to fostering a proactive, risk‑aware culture.
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance up to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
