Job summary

Marsh is seeking a WHS Consultant to join its Risk Consulting team in Sydney. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly, and focuses on delivering data-driven WHS advisory services and end-to-end project delivery.

You will translate client needs into actionable safety solutions, apply risk analysis, and drive measurable safety outcomes while working with a team of specialist consultants across industries.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in WHS (minimum Cert IV WHS) with relevant experience preferred.
• Understanding of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate needs into safety solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients to support WHS outcomes.
• Provide clients with practical WHS and risk management solutions.
• Analyze client needs using data and analytics; propose appropriate strategies.
• Contribute to proposals and project plans, including tender responses.
• Deliver reports and advice that are technically accurate and timely.
• Support project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
