Qualifications

• Experience in developing, maintaining and improving operational systems and processes.
• Strong understanding of legislation, regulations and guidelines for school operations.
• Ability to communicate policy updates clearly to diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and reporting on risk and compliance tasks.
• Familiarity with health, safety and work environment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, maintenance and operation of risk and compliance systems.
• Develop and interpret school policies, legislation and guidelines for school operations.
• Advise staff, students and the community on policy updates and publish through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate risk assessments for school events and tasks.
• Support WHS duties including investigations and safety inspections.
