Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking an experienced WHS Program Manager to build and execute workplace health and safety programs across geographies. You will dive into operations, identify risks via data, design initiatives to prevent injuries and drive a culture of safety, working with Operations, HR, Engineering and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end program delivery & reporting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Intermediate Excel skills: pivots, charts, lookups, data cleansing.
• 3+ years WHS related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, approve, coordinate, and lead large, strategic projects across BUs and geographies.
• Build relationships to execute new initiatives and roadmaps each year.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and resources.
• Coordinate portfolio of programs from inception to delivery, possibly global.
• Define and implement metrics to measure Australian program achievements.
• Compile, manage and report weekly project metrics and lead high-profile meetings.
• Communicate program roadmap and provide status updates to leadership.
• Provide decision support and insights through data gathering and analysis.
