Job summary

McCullough Robertson in Brisbane is seeking a lawyer with at least three years' post-admission experience in employment, industrial relations and workplace safety. You will work closely with a renowned partner on high-profile matters, including regulatory investigations and complex risk issues.

You will gain exposure to employment relations and anti-discrimination work, advising major Australian clients while developing leadership and client-management skills in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Three years' post-admission experience in employment, industrial relations or workplace safety.
• Commercial mindset with a genuine passion for these practice areas.
• Ability to advise on complex workplace matters and regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

• Work with a leading partner on high-profile WHS matters and regulatory work.
• Assist in matters before the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and related tribunals.
• Advise on suspension, ill-health management and workplace investigations.
• Address psychosocial risk, redundancy processes and conduct concerns.
• Negotiate with industrial organisations and manage disputes.
